Fernata store will ensure that products are shipped to the address chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. Therefore, we ask the customer to carefully enter the shipping address to avoid delivery problems. The information provided at the time of registration is the responsibility of the customer, and Fernata store is not responsible for problems arising from incorrectly entered data. If the product is not delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer, a new product can only be shipped upon a new purchase.
